This is a large "bog" in the Jaegersborg Forest. (Also a Copenhagen Green 2014 location).
There are lots of specific trails and routes through the area. There are information boards that show the various routes at some of the entry points to the forest. Our objective was to walk around the bog, you can do significantly large walks, runs, etc. over the entire forest area.
There are some indicated routes with marker signs, but I have to admit that we tried to follow one of them for a while and somehow departed from the route. So I don't know how good the markers are. In general the Danish trail markers are good, so in this case it could just have been our problem.
There are various locations with seats, we met a few people who were just enjoying the atmosphere with a cup of coffee.
