Descripción del itinerario
Easy loop up Turtle Creek through Addison Bay and down Angelwing Creek. The weather was perfect, and the tide was high, so paddling was easy. Only saw three powerboats on the Big Marco River on the way back. Some birds and a lot of mullet. Navigation was simple.
The north end of Turtle Creek was the clearest we've ever seen it. No-see-ums at the launch area, but Vick's Vaporub worked great. Don't know if it's the smell or stickiness that gets them.
