Descripción del itinerario
During the going uphill, we met 3 pairs of mountain bikers and 4 long distance runners. During the steep descent we met two motorcrossers. We also saw a big light-brown female deer. At the end of the descent there are lots of fruit trees.
The path lies mostly in the shadow of the forest; at the end entering Millau you have a 300m walk on the road before there is a footpath along the road.
Nice walk all in all.

It is a good walk. The only thing I would add is that although I agree that it is a moderate trail, the descent is long, steep and stoney. So anyone with dodgy knees might find it difficult.
