Descripción del itinerario
This is a combination of the Adonis and the Aphrodite trail. Start at the Baths of Aphrodite carpark and walk along the coast for a while. The climb up then starts and this is quite strenuous although the track is easy to follow. The views from the top are well worth the effort. Carry on to the Pyrgos tis Reginas clearing where you have the option to walk back down to the start if you wish, or pick up the Adonis trail here and continue with the walk. The descent on this part can be a bit tricky, especially if wet.
It took us three and a half hours including short rest stops and because or the steep climbs and descents I would grade it as difficult. Take plenty of water and perhaps some food with you.

Thank you Ray for this. I've done Aphrodite a couple of times but not the Adonis so your trail helped the transition between them.
