Firstly, there's a bug in the Wikiloc GPX. The actually route commenced at Rifugio Vallandro not on the mountain shown.
The route takes the 34 to Hotel Tre Cime. From there, we took the bus to Lago di Misurina (9km) and recommenced the AV3 from there. This was to avoid of walking along highways 51 and 48.
