Descripción del itinerario
Breathtaking views across Lake Windermere after a bit of a climb.
Start at the Market Hall Clock Tower and walk to the Low Fold car park to find a a lane at the end of the car park. Turn right and then left. Go along the path all the way.
Important: Always take the paths to the right (We walked the wrong paths at the beginning). When you go past the farm, you’ll see a sign post (Low Wood Hotel) on your right. You’ll arrive at the Low Wood Hotel and then you’ll only need to follow the road back to Ambleside.
You could alternatively do the walk the other way round (starting at thr Low Wood Hotel).

Past across the farmyard, you'll find a hard-surfaced track. Descend for 200 yds and then bear right onto a track signposted "Low Wood Hotel 3/4 mile)
