Getting to the start can be by bus number 82 that stops at Wakehurst Place. See www.metrobus.co.uk
In wet weather there is a slippery section in Bushycroft Wood but mostly easy walking. Some tarmac unfortunately.
You cross the stream twice and cross the grounds of Wakehurst Place http://www.kew.org/visit-wakehurst/index.htm
If you have the time a walk around the grounds of Wakehurst Place 'Kew' is fantastic. So many paths and beautiful trees and shrubs and flowers. But do not be tempted to wander off the public footpath at Horsebridge Wood without entering through the main entrance near the start of the walk!
