Descripción del itinerario
A walk along Derwent and Howden edges. Starting from Hetherdene car park you go roung the back of Ladybower Inn and up onto Derwent Edge. There are some interesting gritstone rocks which have been eroded by the weather. Of note is a formation called the Salt Cellar. Once you reach the trig point at Back Tor you head down onto Howden Edge and descend into the valley. Following the trail you end up by Derwent Reservoir. Heading to Fairholmes for a rest break and some food is on offer. Then continue along Ladybower Reservoir and back to the start.
