Descripción del itinerario
Having hike the traditional cliff top walk with its stunning views several times, I wanted to do something a bit different and this route suited the weather well. Keeping to the base of the cliff where possible, through Samphire Hoe nature reserve and on to the shingle beach. This was done at low tide and there's a possibility that this may not be possible at high tide. There's a ladder that needs to be climbed at one stage up from the beach, but otherwise it's pretty straightforward.
