Descripción del itinerario
To reach Chopok, I took a series of chair lift and cable cars from Biela Púť. The red trail to Ďumbier leads through Demänovské sedlo and Krúpovo Sedlo. About an hour and 45 minutes later, I reached the summit Ďumbier, the highest peak in the Lower Tatras. After some rest, I traced my steps back to the intersection at Krúpovo Sedlo and followed the green trail to head down to Široká dolina and all the way to the small village Lúčky, where you may take a bus to head back to Jasná or Liptovský Mikuláš.
