Starting at the train station, we walked to the Schlosspark (Palace Park) and into the Exotenwald (Exotic Forest). From then on, we followed the trail marker "Red Minus". Later we turned onto trail "Yellow 3" and at a hut in the forest onto an unmarked trail that soon had trail marker "Yellow V". We crossed Gorxheim using trails G2, G1/G3 and followed the "White Square" with a short detour to the Schubertstein viewpoint. We visited Wachenburg and the ruins of castle Windeck and finally took the Blütenweg (trail marker: yellow "B") into the old town to the market square. From there we returned to the train station.

Great trail, not really signposted but easy to follow with the app. Great paths, mostly through the forest with a small part through the village Gorxheim. Nice ending in old town of Weinheim where you can finish the trail with a drink or meal
