Sencilla y entretenida ruta de subida a la cima de la montaña Scafell Pike, que con sus 978 metros es la montaña mas alta de Inglaterra.
La ruta empieza en Seathwaite, una especie de granja donde podemos dejar el coche aparcado. Paciencia hasta llegar a Seathwaite ya que hay bastantes kilometros por una carretera estrecha que apenas pasan dos coches.
Al principio de la ruta cruzaremos varias puertas que deberemos dejar bien cerradas para que no se escape el ganado.
La ruta es circular para hacerla mas variada y entretenida. La recomiendo hacer en el sentido opuesto de las agujas del reloj ya que la subida se nos hará mas llevadera al ser una subida mas directa.

El camino de regreso, suponiendo que hacemos la ruta en el sentido opuesto de las agujas del reloj, hace un poco de sube y baja al principio con zona de rocas y mas adelante ya se vuelve mas sencilla con senda fácil de seguir.

En general la ruta está bien marcada y es fácil de seguir excepto en la zona alta cerca de la cima donde es zona rocosa y el camino se hace mas difícil de seguir, sobretodo si hay niebla.

Easy en enjoyable route that goes all the way up to the summit of Scafell Pike (978m), the highest mountain in England.
The route starts in Seathwaite, a kind of farm where you can leave your car. Be patient while driving to get to this point. The road is quite narrow and many times you will have to stop to let other cars go through.

At the begining of the route we will go through several farm gates that we need to lock so the stock doesn't escape.
The route is circular to make it more enjoyable and entertaining. I recommend doing it counterclockwise, it will make the ascent easier.

Assuming you do it counterclockwise, when we begin the descent we will go a bit up and down around rocky summits. Further down the track is easier and also easier to follow.

In general the track is well marked and it's easy to follow except the upper part where it is rocky and it could be a bit more difficult if it is foggy.
