Descripción del itinerario

Fairly easy trail. Mostly in the woods if not for the first part (uphill from 2 Santi to the top of the sky lift) and some sections of the return (from Vergastreiu to 2 Santi)

Start

Start at the passo dei 2 Santi parking area. Take track between the Restaurant (Rifugio) on the right and shops on the left. It leads to the ski runs.

Intersection 1

Few meter in and the track (wide since it is part of the ski runs) lean to the left towards the ski lift

Intersection 2

This intersection is difficult to see as it is set in the woods and there is no indication its there. You have to keep an eye on it and keep left, getting into the woods, when you get there. Otherwise you can follow the ski track that will then lead you to the top of the ski lift (same as the trail in the woods but not as nice)

Intersection 2 a

This is where you have to get in to the woods. Few steps in and you will see some signs (next picture) with indications

Intersection 2 b

These are the sign posts you will see as soon as you step into the woods. You take the direction of Passo dei 2 Santi.

Intersection 3

Trail comes to a clearing on top of the ski lift. Track, for few meters, will have the open ski run on the right and the woods on the left.

As soon as you pass the ski lift the trail gets back in the woods on your left.

There is another trail coming from the left and going downhill. Keep right along the trail.

Sign (yellow triangle) marking the trail coming from left and that will also mark this section of the trail

Intersection 6

The trail intersects a dirt road. If you go straight you will come to a small hut and a water fountain. Before the intersection with the dirt road you will see a trail on the right that appears to go back from where you just came from. You need to take this track taking you back to 2 Santi

Coming at the end of the trail. As you go out of the woods the 2 Santi parking lot is on your right
