Descripción del itinerario
A fairly easy segment of the Wild Azalea Trail. There are plenty camping areas on the trail and the Castor Creek Scenic Area has some of the largest pine trees I have ever seen. The trail is open to both hikers and cyclist, and only has a few hills and muddy spots.
(It's best to choose a launch point with a restroom nearby.)
